This policy explains how Impossible Zone ("we", "us") handles information when you use our websites, desktop apps (including Mentor X and Transela), accounts, and commissioned software services.

Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, sign-in provider, hashed password (if you use email/password), subscription or plan status, and usage counters.
- Device identifiers — a hashed device fingerprint may be used to enforce free trials and fair-use limits.
- Local app data — profiles, settings, and session tokens stored on your computer. We do not receive local profile content unless you send it through a cloud feature you enable.
- Cloud feature content — when you use cloud vision, speech, or translation, screenshots, prompts, or audio-derived text may be processed by AI providers we operate or contract. Do not submit secrets you are not allowed to share.
- Payments — billing is processed by our payment provider. We store subscription status and related identifiers, not full card numbers.
- Website analytics & contact — messages you send us, and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the site.
How we use information

- Authenticate accounts, enforce plan limits, and prevent abuse
- Process subscriptions and respond to support requests
- Comply with law and protect our users and systems
Sharing
We share data with service providers only as needed to run the product (hosting, authentication, payments, and AI backends for cloud features). We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep account and billing records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. You may request deletion of account data by emailing [email protected].
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards for transmission and storage. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password and keep your device updated.
Children
Our products and services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
