Accounts

You must sign in with a valid email or supported OAuth provider. You are responsible for activity under your account. Creating extra accounts or devices to reset trials or bypass limits is not allowed.

Software products

Mentor X, Transela, and related apps are provided for personal or business use under the plan you purchase or the free tier we offer. Features that capture screen content or microphone audio process data on your device and, when you enable cloud modes, on our configured AI providers.

Software is provided "as is" without warranties beyond what applicable law requires. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans unlock the features listed on each product's pricing page. Fees are charged in USD for the billing period shown at checkout. Unless required by law or our payment provider's policy, fees already paid are non-refundable.

You may cancel a subscription from your account or product settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse shared AI backends or attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Do not reverse-engineer API tokens, share accounts, or disrupt our services
• Do not use the software for unlawful, harmful, or high-risk activities
• Do not submit content you are not allowed to process or share

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Commissioned services

Custom software, design, and related work are scoped in a written quote with deliverables, timeline, and price. Published starting prices on /services are guides; the signed quote controls. Intellectual property ownership transfers as stated in that quote or contract.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impossible Zone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the software or services. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the product or service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
